Kohler M20 circa 1989 Model 590320

Owner of a Terramite T5B small Backhoe loader featuring a Kohler Magnum 20 motor. Shows over 2500 hours on gauges, spitting oil and gasoline from just about everywhere but keeps on running, though poorly. Thinking of rebuilding, or replacing, though I have little experience. Looking for any information about either process from one more experienced or knowledgeable, Thank You in advance for any assistance
