This is Maggie from ROBIN office, we never stop production, but only closed the Japanese factory and Subaru quit the small gasoline engine market.
Fuji Robin Gasoline Engine Co., Ltd was established in September 1999, invested by Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd of Japan, and ever cooperated with SUBARU to provide overseas services. With the new technology standard and management system of Fuji Industries Japan, Robin EY, EK, EX, EH and ER gasoline engine series are very famous all over the world.
In 2016, Subaru withdrew from the small gasoline engine market due to its own business strategy. Robin has been officially operating as an independent brand since November 2016. We never stop production
I attched a statement issued by Subaru for your reference, *FCR mentioned in the statement is the abbreviation of Robin China Factory, which is us.
We are NOT an OEM nor a copycat factory, but the only manufacturer of original Robin brand power machines.
The Janpanese original production process, engineering and quality control systems... everything is still there, and all our suppliers are Japanese companies or Japanese joint ventures.
