The Rato 120CC (RW152FMI) is a 119.7 cc (7.3 cu-in) single-cylinder air-cooled 4-stroke internal combustion horizontal motorcycle engine manufactured by Chongqing RATO Holding (Group) CO., LTD.
The Rato 120CC engine is equipped with CDI (capacitance discharge ignition system), the automatic wet multi-plate clutch, electric and kick starter or electric starter only and 3-speed gearbox with reverse gear. The Rato company installed the reverse gear mechanism into the engine gearbox to generate a more compact structure. Perfect integration between reverse gear mechanism and forward gear to realize the reverse gear easily and simplifier the operation and control.
It has a 52.4 mm (2.06 in) cylinder bore and 55.5 mm (2.19 in) piston stroke. The 120CC (RW152FMI) produced 7.5 PS (5.5 kW; 7.4 HP) at 7,500 rpm of maximum horsepower and 8.5 Nm (0.87 kg·m; 6.27 ft·lb) at 5,500 rpm of torque .
