Honda G30

Honda G30The Honda G30 is a 132 cc (8.05 cu.in.) single-cylinder air-coolled 4-stroke internal combustion small gasoline engine manufactured by Honda Motor Company for general-purpose applications.

The G30 has a slide valve (L-head) design and an efficient combustion chamber designs together with a high-performance carburetor. Friction components such as the cylinders sleeve and piston are made of high strength materials.

The G30 produced 3.0 PS (2.2 kW) at 3400 rpm of continuous rated horsepower and 4.0 PS (2.9 kW) of maximum horsepower.

  2. Thanks for the general information on this engine i have just came across it and am in the process of finding parts or making them right now it is for the governor linkage trying to find out what is a lamp coil is an what does it have to do with the ignition coil.
