Honda G35 engineThe Honda G35 is a 144 cc (8.79 cu-in) single-cylinder, air-cooled, four-stroke cycle, internal combustion small gasoline motor manufactured by Honda Motor Company.

The Honda G35 engine has a slide valve (L-head) design and camshaft driven by a single row chain driven by the crankshaft. It has a recoil starter, horizontal carburetor with butterfly valve and high voltage ignition.

Bore is 64.0 mm (2.52 in) and stroke is 45.0 mm (1.77 in). The G35 produced 3.54 PS (3.5 HP, 2.61 kW) at 4,000 rpm and 6.5 Nm (0.66 kg·m; 4.8 lbf·ft) at 3,000 rpm and compression ratio rating is 6.4:1.
