Honda GXV57

The Honda GXV57 is a small 0.057 L (57 cc, 3.48 cu-in) single-cylinder air-cooled 4-stroke internal combustion gasoline engine with vertical shaft, manufactured by Honda Motor Company.

This engine has a single-cylinder, overhead-valve, and precision camshaft design, high compression ratio for better fuel efficiency and a ball bearing supported crankshaft for greater stability. The Honda GXV57 engine is equipped with transistorized magneto ignition, horizontal type carburetor, and recoil starter.

The GXV57 engine a compression ratio rating is 8.0:1, cylinder bore and piston stroke are 45.0 mm (1.77 in) and 36.0 mm (1.42 in), respectively. The GXV57 engine produces 2.0 HP (1.5 kW) at 4,800 rpm and 3.2 N·m (0.33 kg·m, 2.36 ft·lb) of torque at 4,600 rpm.
