Kohler K241The Kohler K241 is a 391 cc (23.86 cu·in) single-cylinder air-cooled four-stroke internal combustion gasoline engine from K-series, manufactured by Kohler Co.

The Kohler K241 engine has an L-head (side valve) design and horizontal PTO-shaft. This engine can be equipped with Kohler or Walbro carburetor and magneto, battery or breakerless ignition systems. The K241 engine used paper air cleaner (oiled foam pre-cleaner was available as an option).

The cylinder bore is 82.6 mm (3.25 in) and the piston stroke is 73.0 mm (2.87 in). This engine produced 10.2 PS (7.5 kW; 10.0 HP) at 3,600 rpm of horsepower.

    Thanks for the info for the Kohler K241 “quled” motor I am trying to rebuild. Your information helped greatly.

    • I got one here and i am on the verge of rebuilting it and nice place to start .I also have 3 more Kohler k91 and the K341 and the K241 have two of them all work just one need to be rebuilt

  2. my k24 engine eats through batteries. should i replace the starter or what should i do so it does not do that?
