Mitsubishi 6D22The Mitsubishi 6D22 is an 11.1 L (11,149 cc, 680.0 cu·in) straight-six, water-cooled naturally aspirated diesel engine, manufactured and used by Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation.

The MMC 6D22 has a cylinder block with wet type liners, an cylinder head with OHV (overhead valves), and two valves per cylinder. The 6D22 compression ratio is 17.0:1. Cylinder bore and piston stroke are 130.0 mm (5.12 in) and 140.0 mm (5.51 in), respectively.

The Mitsubishi 6D22 engine produced from 148.0 PS (109.0 kW; 146.0 HP) at 1,500 rpm to 203.0 PS (149.0 kW; 200.0 HP) at 2,200 rpm of maximum output power.
