The Rato CBP150 (RW162FMJ-9) is a 149.4 ml (9.1 cu-in) single-cylinder air-cooled 4-stroke internal combustion vertical motorcycle engine from Rato CB-series, manufactured by Chongqing RATO Holding (Group) CO., LTD.
The Rato CBP150 engine uses new design of air gallery of eddy flow featured with high-efficiency burning efficiency, low oil consumption and great power; inbuilt air gallery of conversion flow of cylinder head featured with high-efficiency cooling, reduction of heat load and durability improvement; silent chain driving to reduce noise; inbuilt reducing valve of inlet cam featured with convenient starting and sound reliability; capacitance discharge ignition system (CDI) and electric or kick start. The engine is equipped with a 5-speed gearbox.
The engine cylinder bore is 62.0 mm (2.44 in) and piston stroke is 49.5 mm (1.95 in). The CBP150 (RW162FMJ-9) produced 12.9 PS (9.5 kW; 12.7 HP) at 8,500 rpm of maximum horsepower and 12.0 N·m (1.22 kg·m, 8.85 ft·lb) of torque at 7,000 rpm.
