The Rato CG125 (RW157FMI) is a 124.1 ml (7.6 cu-in) single-cylinder air-cooled 4-stroke internal combustion vertical motorcycle engine from Rato CG-series, manufactured by Chongqing RATO Holding (Group) CO., LTD.
The Rato CG125 engine uses rocker arm of cast iron and tappet of aluminum alloy; capacitance discharge ignition system and electric or kick start. The engine is equipped with a 5-speed gearbox.
The engine cylinder bore is 56.5 mm (2.22 in) and piston stroke is 49.5 mm (1.95 in). The CG125 (RW157FMI) produced 9.8 PS (7.2 kW; 9.7 HP) at 8,500 rpm of maximum horsepower and 8.6 N·m (0.87 kg·m, 6.34 ft·lb) of torque at 7,000 rpm.
