Toyota 1G-EThe Toyota 1G-E is a 2.0 L (1,988 cc, 121.3 cu·in) straight-six, four-stroke cycle natural aspirated gasoline engine from the Toyota G-family. The engine was manufactured by Toyota Motor Corporation from 1984 to 1991.

The Toyota 1G-E engine features a cast-iron cylinder block, aluminum cylinder head with single belt-driven overhead camshafts (SOHC) and two valves per cylinder (12 in total). The 1G-E is equipped with an electronic fuel injection system. Cylinder bore and piston stroke are 75.0 mm (2.95 in) and 75.0 mm (2.95 in), respectively. Compression ratio rating is 9.2:1.
