The 3C-T diesel engine has a cast-iron cylinder block with 86.0 mm (3.39 in) cylinder bores and a 94.0 mm (3.7 in) piston stroke. The compression ratio rating is 22.0:1 or 22.6:1.

Cylinder block
The cylinder block is made of cast iron. The crankshaft has 8 counterbalance weights and supported by 5 bearings. An 86.0 mm (3.39 in) cylinder bore and 94.0 mm (3.7 in) piston stroke give the 3C engine a total of 2,184 cc of displacement. The compression ratio rating is 22.0:1 or 22.6:1.
Pistons are made of high temperature-resistant aluminum alloy. The piston pin is full floating. Each piston is fitted with two compression rings and a single oil ring. The top ring is made of stainless steel, the second ring is made of cast-iron.

I prefee 15w-40w.. normal toyota engine oil is better.
I recently overhauled a 3CT diesel engine (townace 1995 model). When i started the engine there was pressure build up and bubbles coming from radiator. What can be the problem?
